Store Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19 you may experience shipping delays. 

Weekend orders are processed on Monday. Payments are made using PayPal. 

Please allow 5-7 business days (7-10 during high volume times)  for your order to be processed and packed. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and take approximately 3-5 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via Paypal to the email address provided with the purchase. 

Orders placed on a national holiday,will be processed the following business day.

Please note: Pre-order items will take longer to ship,

Crowned Mizfits isn’t responsible for any lost items or Damaged items.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please speak with the United States Postal Service.

We are not responsible for mistakes on addresses.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

RETURN POLICY

No returns or exchanges. All sales final.

We do not cover shipping fee on returned items

Once an order is placed we do not cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. 

No returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Candles are not shipped outside of the U.S

All International customer's packages may require additional processing time. Crowned Mizfits is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customer's local government when importing goods.

Please Note: If any Crowned Mizfits purchases made at www.CrownedMizfits.com is returned due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
